Moment focuses on semi-documentary impressions that bring history to life for audiences. Instead of following traditional narrative paths, we invite viewers to experience history up close:

Moment offers a variety of formats designed to seamlessly integrate into existing productions:

  • Shorts of varying lengths, providing atmospheric impressions that enhance traditional historical formats.
  • Long-term impressions and concise VR experiences, flexible as supplementary content for series or films.
  • XXL projections in planetariums, offering audiences a unique cross-media experience when combined with TV productions.

 

Moment is not a replacement for traditional documentary formats but the perfect complement. Together with producers and broadcasters, we aim to explore new ways of making history more vivid and versatile.

The First Step: Umbra Parvula

The pilot for this series, Umbra Parvula, exemplifies how the past comes to life through Moment. The story of a young boy in the Colosseum of late antiquity offers an intimate yet epic perspective on a world in transition. This project is designed to stand alone while seamlessly integrating into existing documentary formats – as a visual highlight or a narrative complement.
